SHIPPING

Yes, you can change the shipment direction as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once shipped, we can’t guarantee changes in the shipment direction.
The customer is responsible for the adequate introduction of the shipment direction. If you detect an error, contact us as soon as possible.
The courier will conduct one or more delivery attempts. If order reception is not possible, the parcel might be sent to a pick-up point or sent back to our warehouse.
Once picked-up, shipping times depend on our courier partners. We are not responsible for external delays, but we will help you with the tracking.
